This training is designed for parents and caregivers of young people who are impacted by OCD.

In this training parents and caregivers will learn how to:

  • Identify common patterns of family accommodation

  • Coach parents to respond effectively to distress without reinforcing OCD

  • Navigate guilt, fear, and emotional burnout in caregivers

  • Align parent responses with therapeutic goals
